Exchange Policy
At Asuncion Classica, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please carefully review our exchange policy below:
Eligibility for Exchange
We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Wrong Size: If the item doesn’t fit as expected.
- Defective Item: If the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Note: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
Exchange Timeframe
Requests for exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process
- Contact Us:
- Email us at asuncionclassica@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- Approval:
- Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
- Customers will also cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
- Inspection:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
- Replacement Item:
- We will ship the replacement item within 2-5 weeks after approval.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
- Sale or promotional items.
