Exchange Policy

At Asuncion Classica, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please carefully review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Size: If the item doesn’t fit as expected.
  • Defective Item: If the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Note: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

Exchange Timeframe

Requests for exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us:
  2. Approval:
    • Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
    • Customers will also cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
  4. Inspection:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
  5. Replacement Item:
    • We will ship the replacement item within 2-5 weeks after approval.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Sale or promotional items.
